    Direct Sourcing

    Farmers and cooperatives, outgrower programs, traceable inputs.

    • Direct purchasing relationships with cooperatives and outgrower groups across Nigeria's primary producing states.
    • Batch-level traceability from cooperative to container.
    • Outgrower programs for consistent supply.
  2. 02

    Cleaning & Processing

    Washing, impurity removal, drying, grading, sorting.

    • Wet and dry cleaning to remove field soil, dust and lightweight impurities.
    • Sun drying and mechanical drying methods are used to reach documented moisture targets.
    • Size and defect grading, color sorting where required.
  3. 03

    Quality Control

    Laboratory testing for moisture, purity, contaminants and standards compliance.

    • Moisture, purity and oil-content testing per lot.
    • Mycotoxin and pesticide screening against EU 1881/2006 and 396/2005.
    • Batch traceability records issued with each container.
  4. 04

    Packaging & Logistics

    25 / 50 kg bags, 20ft and 40ft containers, FOB Lagos Port.

    • Polypropylene or jute packaging in 25 kg and 50 kg formats where specified.
    • 20ft and 40ft container loading with third-party pre-shipment inspection.
    • FOB Lagos Port with third-party inspection available.
  5. 05

    Export Documentation

    NEPC license, phytosanitary certificate, Certificate of Origin, commercial paperwork.

    • NEPC export license, phytosanitary certificate and Certificate of Origin.
    • Commercial invoice and packing list.
    • SGS or Bureau Veritas third-party inspection on request.
